Among the many issues that arise for in-depth analysis in the course of the discussion are the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>defining &#8216;drafting quality\u2019<\/li>\n<li>translating legal concepts beloning to specific legal systems<\/li>\n<li>EU Policies on harmonization of national contract laws<\/li>\n<li>legal uniformity vs. uniformity of interpretation and application<\/li>\n<li>the effect of full harmonization clauses<\/li>\n<li>proportion between general language vocabulary and legal terminology and<\/li>\n<li>role of English in the EU and the aims of the EU institutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The book concludes with a synthesis of the findings and reconmmendations of the various contributions.
